Erin Chargin, MS
EI/ECSE Specialist, Behavior Analyst, Director & Owner
Erin Chargin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento in 1999. She then earned a Masters of Science degree in Special Education from the University of Oregon in 2002. Prior to earning her degrees, Ms. Chargin studied at the Lovaas Institute at UCLA and was fortunate enough to earn an internship under Dr. Lovaas and his graduate students. Ms. Chargin opened Learning Solutions in 2002 and has been dedicated to helping children with autism from the past 20 years. In 2009, Ms. Chargin earned Business Women of the Year from the National Association of Women Business Owners. Ms. Chargin is grateful for all of the children and families, Learning Solutions’ staff have worked with over the years. When Ms. Chargin is not at the office she is busy spending time with her husband and three children.

Saxony Dominguez, M.S., PhD
BCBA/Clinical Supervisor
Saxony Dominguez is the Clinical Manager at Learning Solutions Kids. She has worked with Learning Solutions since 2004 where she rose from a direct line interventionist to clinical supervisor, achieving certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2009 and subsequently was promoted to the position of Clinical Manager in 2010. Saxony possesses a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in cognition and instruction. Furthermore, more recently she achieved additional board certification as an autism professional (BCAP). Saxony appreciates the community and comradery within Learning Solutions and the growth that she is able to help support in her teams and clients. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cycling, and gardening.
Melissa Kozak, M.A.
BCBA/Supervising Behavior Consultant
Melissa Kozak joined the Leaning Solutions team in 2009 and currently holds a Master’s in Special Education from California State University, Sacramento and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. Melissa has been working with children in the education setting for the past 15 years. She has previous experience teaching in ED and SDC classrooms in addition to teaching part time for the Fortune School of Education. Melissa currently oversees the Sacramento clinic in addition to managing the Social Skills Program. Melissa also currently conducts assessments for incoming clients.
Teri St. Clair, M.A.
BCBA/Supervising Behavior Consultant
Teri is a Supervising Behavior Analyst for Learning Solutions. She joined the Learning Solutions’ team in January of 2010 and has enjoyed helping students achieve their full potential. Teri holds a Master of Arts degree in Teaching with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Teri provides supervision in social skills groups, in home programs, and parent coaching programs. She also conducts intake assessments and functional behavior assessments in the home and school settings. She finds her inspiration in seeing her students develop skills and demonstrate independence.
Briana Benson, M.A.
BCBA/Supervising Behavior Consultant
Briana entered the field of ABA in 2010 as a tutor and loved working with children. In 2013, she received her Masters of the Arts in Education, with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders. She then went on to attend Florida Institute of Technology to complete her BCBA coursework and became a BCBA in 2015. Briana continues to love the work and currently enjoys learning from Autistic youth and adults to better serve her current clients with compassion. It is Briana’s hope that everyone will celebrate neurodivergence and not be afraid. In her free time, Briana enjoys being with her family, reading fiction novels, binging TV dramas, and playing board and card games.
Katie Nelson, M.S.
BCBA/Supervising Behavior Consultant
Katie joined the Learning Solutions team in 2003 as our first employee. She earned her Masters of Science in Early Intervention and Special Education from the University of Oregon in 2006 and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She currently works in client's homes and oversees both Learning Solutions ABA clinics in the Sacramento and Roseville area.
Christine Fredrickson, M.S.
BCBA/Supervising Behavior Analyst
Christine Fredrickson joined the Learning Solutions team in 2010 and loves her work! This Sacramento local is on Social Leadership and supervises across school, home, and Telehealth settings. Christine values a client-centered approach prioritizing communication and independence so that clients can become their own best advocates and experience the most life has to offer them. Nothing makes Christine prouder than hearing a child advocate for themselves for the first time, or parent identify what works best for their child.
